About the Owners

Over the last 15 years Todd and Krystal have owned their own catering business. They have done many weddings over the years and have established a good solid customer base, reputation and word-of-mouth marketing buzz. Troy Ford, St Patrick’s soup kitchen, St Patrick’s church, United Theological Seminary, Miami east schools, pioneer electric to just name a few. We have catered small elegant events as well as large-scale events of up to 800 guests. Our family and friends historically staff these events.

Todd works full time as the Chef for Ginghamsburg Church for the last 10 years and has been in the hospitality field for almost 25 years. Over the different restaurants and companies Todd has worked for he is certain he can make your day a success at the venue.

Krystal has work alongside Todd through all events they do and she also runs the everyday operation of the company and will be more than happy to talk with you and help plan your day.

A closer look at The light on the Hill

When you pull up into a gravel parking lot, you will see the modular style barn. The outside is a natural wood color with board and batten siding. The roof is metal with window throughout the barn. There will be enough room to sit 200 guests for your event. When you walk into the main entrance of the barn you will see an open banquet to your right. This area is 40×60 and will be able to sit 25 tables. There will be an area for your do to set up as well. We have a 16*10 rectangular gazebo with a medal double hip roof. We have stains the gazebo white. The flooring is tigerwood which is a wood from Brazil. The gazebo sits back in the tree line. Your guest will be able to sit in the tree line and enjoy the shade and breeze from the trees.
